Divine Win at the Leo's

Each year The Motion Picture Arts & Sciences Foundation of British Columbia comes together to recognize the amazing talent in our province.  2012 was the year of “six degrees” of “Supernatural”.

“Divine: The Series” – a home-grown web production won for best web series!  Ivan Hayden and Kirk Jacques (writers & producers) were on hand with some of their creative team to receive the award.

Until recently, Ivan Hayden was the Visual effects Supervisor on the Vancouver-based show “Supernatural”.  His talent will be missed on the cult show but we’ll be watching to see what exciting new adventures he embarks upon.

Another “Supernatural” alumni was on the red carpet at the awards.  Christopher Heyerdahl – known to “Supernatural” fans as the demon Alastair – won Best Performance in a Youth or Children’s Program or Series for his work on R.L. Stine’s “The Haunting Hour – Fear Never Knocks”.
